Senate Republican Whip Jon Kyl’s Statement On Delay Of Federal Report Involving Giannoulias’ Bank Until After Election Day

Republican Whip U.S. Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ) issued the following statement in response to a recent Chicago Tribune report that notes, “A final report on the failed family bank of Democratic Senate candidate Alexi Giannoulias will not be released until after the Nov. 2 election.”

“The questionable bank loans and mismanagement of funds by Broadway Bank has been a big issue in the Illinois US Senate race. It is very disappointing that the voters in Illinois will not have an opportunity to review the findings of the failure of Alexi Giannoulias’ Broadway Bank until after the election.”
